SetupServer.io is easy and affordable cloud based service for configuring, managing and monitoring your Virtual Private Servers (VPS) from any providers like Digital Ocean, Linode, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and many more.
After creating an account on SetupServer.io, you will need a fresh server to connect to SetupServer. If any software or repositories are installed on the server like Apache, MySQL, Nginx, or PHP, then you won’t be able to connect your Server to SetupServer.io
Connect your Server to SetupServer.io by providing your Server Credentials i.e. Root ID and Password or SSH Keys. After that select the server configuration you might want on your Server, this might me LAMP/LEMP Stack or EnginX as a reverse proxy along with Apache.LAMP stands for Linux + Apache + MySQL + PHP while LEMP stands for Linux + Nginx + MySQL + PHP because Nginx is pronounced as “Engine X”.
Along with this software, SetupServer.io also installs all well-known versions of PHP side-by-side on your server. This makes sure that apps with PHP-5.6, PHP-7.0, and PHP-7.1 will run on a single server.
SetupServer.io also provides you to install some other additional packages like
- phpMyAdmin
- Monit
- Additional PHP Versions
and provides an interface to perform Restart, Start or Stop actions for Apache, Nginx, PHP, and MySQL.
